I echo the question of whether this is one or two itineraries.
with daily flights in particular, I don’t think ba will rebook you on qr as this is not policy. There will be no issue moving your flight to the day before on ba if it works better for you. Should a supervisor agree to have you rebooked on qr (which again I doubt), you’d be rebooked in economy with no compensation. Finally, you can of course cancel and get all of your money back (insist on getting the cash rather than an ftv)
