Contact your bank and dispute the transaction as the airline could not provide the service you paid for.
The airline has had 22 months to get its act together and learn that it can't rip off customers. They're clearly hell-bent on being the airline they were in 2019 - thinking the world has not changed since then.

Dispute the transaction and make sure it results in a chargeback. This is the only language airlines understand - that of money. Speak their language by disputing it and never spending a cent with any airline that tries to screw you on these things ever again.
