I don't think Hyatt is treating me well with refusing to extend the free reward night certificates during a global pademic. I don't see continuing the Hyatt credit card for another year and getting another free hotel night certificate. Does anyone have experience cancelling the chase credit card and keeping or losing status immediately? The Hyatt customer agent didn't know the answer to this.
