But yea, I would fully expect some kind of bogus response on the first pass. But sometimes if you keep replying (nicely) to them it will force someone to actually look at the issue rather than just trying to brush you off.
Don't ask if the chart is correct and instead ask when it is going to be updated (since it's wrong). Thanks. I actually like your idea. Will do that and lets see what they say.
