Anyway, ya, I have a JL flight next week and naturally I looked at the JL loyalty points chart posted on aa.com. I think there's a mistake about Class I and X fare and here's why. Let me know what you all think.

On 11/5/21 JL flipped its Class I and X fare (discounted and deeply discounted J). Pre 11/5, international flights Class I earned 70% and Class X earned 125%. Post 11/4, JL flipped the two and Class I became 125% and Class X became 70%. See screenshot below I presume this is to be consistent with the other airlines/JV partner that C D and I (instead of C D X) as discounted J....
So ya, let me know what you all think and let me know what's the best way for me to contact AA to confirm this. Getting to 200K is a stretch for me so every points count especially for these long-haul flights.
LOL, AA does not have an email address to confirm something like this, or for anything else for that matter. About the only thing you can use is the "Contact AA" avenue as you mentioned, which will most likely just be a form reply from someone who may or may not have even read the question.

But yea, even pre Loyalty Points AA did not update their earning table to reflect the JL changes you're referencing. There was some chatter about this in the JL specific thread on here. I suspect the issue is just not getting any visibility or traction due to very limited travel on JL by AA members at the current time, but I agree it needs to be fixed.
