Any odd numbered A or L seat for a solo traveler is the best. You're not right against the aisle traffic and get a better sense of privacy. My choice would be 7L since its approximately midway in the cabin, farthest from the galley-noise areas. Sun doesn't matter when the windows are fully dimmed.
