Hmmm... I do not think I made a booking with that reference. But I did go to Transactions on ba.com and pulled all transactions from the last 2 years and then did a search by the quoted booking reference - nothing came up. Is there some other way to look up the original booking details?
If you keep all your emails I bet you will find something if you search for that PNR.

Basically with offline FTVs (cash or reward) the booking remains, your exec number is taken out so it no longer appears on your future bookings list on your baec page, and the flights are fiddled with to effectively put it in suspended animation to be use again when you come to rebook. If you are using one offline FTV to make one new booking, your new booking will continue to have that same PNR.
