dont worry about it - once booking is cancelled and sent for refund, but refund isnt processed yet, the random segment is added to keep the PNR alive. this isnt scam, but just a refund process
Thank you, never received anything like this in 10+ years with BA Exec. I did cancel a few bookings for vouchers but that was months ago and the vouchers have already been redeemed months ago.
