Shouldn't the OP have been coded as a displaced FC customer (paid FC ticket but seated in coach due to involuntary IROPs rebooking)? This should place him/her at the top of the list. It's not the same as doing a SDC where there's no FC seat available on the new flight and accepting coach in order to be confirmed on the flight.
