We were not offered champagne on the boat, but we would have refused anyhow given we just completed 30 hours of travel. I'm not sure about the champagne at breakfast, I don't usually drink at breakfast so didn't ask, but there were definitely bottles opened at breakfast, just not sure if it was included. We were offered non-alcoholic drinks on the boat transfer though.
