iamflyer Thanks. I was reading info here (https://www.germany.info/us-en/covid-19/2321562) and on a few other pages which was more ambiguous and didn't have the additional detail around transit. Thank you for the additional link.

UKtravelbear Thanks. I swear their website said 8am when I looked a few days ago . But now I also see 5am. Good to know that will be an option.
