The conditions in the email say that the flights have to be AY-marketed and AY/Norra operated. The web page for earning points says that it would be enough if the flight is either AY marketed or AY operated, but it obviously can't be true for flights that are not AY-marketed. I have a flex booking on AY flight numbers, but QR operated. Rebooking wouldn't change the price, so I'm just pondering would it be worth the trouble to cancel the booking and rebook it and then try to fight for getting the double points.
