Normally, for the average Joe customer, you can't retroclaim VY flights on IB Plus. You must include the IbPlus number during the booking process.

For corporate bookings it's another story. Have you tried sending your e-ticket/receipt + boarding passes to the IbPlus e-mail address?

And yes, plenty of broken things/functionalities currently on IbPlus.
