We have booked the flight on 25th September'21 with Malaysian airlines, and the airlines allowed us to book the flight even though they didn't have approval from the Indian government. Airlines have not provided any such messages as they didn't have the authorisation to take passengers via KL through transit.
By knowing above all situation, airlines have cancelled our flight on 6th December without providing a concrete reason, and they are still holding our total amount. They are refusing to refunds the full amount and charging $400 penalties for each ticket. I would like to know the my rights to appeal back here. Thanks,
