Right now, you basically can't. They have used Covid as a cover to cut way down on personel. A once great airline has been reduced to ashes.

After my recent flight from BKK to LAX via Singapore, I have sworn off that airline, forever. Transit was dreadful through one of the most timid nations on the planet. I tried for days to get through to "customer service", and finally gave up, cancelled the return flight and booked on ANA. Great decision. They are a far superior airline on every level.

SQ is now on my do not fly list.
