Apologies - I have read this thread multiple times and still can’t get my head around it!

I am flying LHR-ARN-BKK on one ticket, BA to ARN and then AY to BKK. It is one e-ticket number on one PNR, and I will remain in airside transit.

Thailand accept a PCR within 72h of departure from London. Is this fine to transit in Stockholm? Or do transit passengers remaining airside also need to meet this new 48h rule?
