My general advice when you want to fly J is to go to Google Flights, select "Business", and see what comes up.
No point looking at upgrades (eUps, cash, bid, whatever) if a reasonable airline with a reasonable schedule has a reasonable J fare.
I agree.... I never thought of this option. Learning from the Pro's
