While I understand your frustration, I would ask whether you've written a letter about this issue. It's likely that the phone reps don't have the time or motivation to raise this issue. Unless you write in and clearly state the problem, it's quite possible that the powers that be at HA have no clue of the problem that they have.

Edit to add: I tried to use the contact us link on the website, when you click on submit it says forbidden, you do not have permission to access this site. LOL, the "service" sure is top notch.
