Yes - I do this quite frequently. It's about 400-500 airside yards (depending on your gate) to walk from Terminal C to Terminal E. The lounge is not amazing (no outside windows, small bathroom, can be very crowded depending on time of day) - but there is light food and free alcohol (French wines and real champagne as you'd expect). When it's not crowded, I quite enjoy it. You can also access "The Club" in Terminal C via Priority Pass (this is more convenient, does have airport views, lighter food and free drinks). But, it is also more consistently crowded and does not have any AF je ne sais quoi.
