Flying LHR to CPT next week with husband and 6mo baby. Booked in Club World. I was unable to book bassinet seat on Manage my booking. Tweeted BA to ask about this. They got back to say they would take care of it. It did not appear in Manage my Booking so today called to try to book the bassinet seat. The agent I spoke to told me we had already been assigned to 3 and 4A, seated behind each other. I instead requested 10F & K (bassinet) so we could be next to each other. However, looking again now at the seat plan, it shows Club Suite seats starting at row 5 - so if we were assigned rows 3 & 4 - would that have been an upgrade to First class? If so, feel an idiot now for changing it - is there any way to change it back? Or would they run club service in 1st cabin in which case would there be any advantage to being in 1st and behind each other?
