It goes to a Travel Bank. It infuriates me that they do this.

I canceled an award ticket on Delta the other day; it took all of two minutes and the $5.60 posted to my Amex today. I canceled a JB award ticket the same day; it took nearly two hours and now I am stuck with a $5.60 Travel Bank.
