Anyone else having major issues today? I’m supposed to fly SGF-CLT-DCA this evening. Got a notification that CLT-DCA cancelled. Tried to rebook via app… no luck. 3 hour wait time on phone. Was able to rebook to tomorrow via chat. Tried to confirm and it crashed. Now the system is showing my on tomorrows flight but when I click on it to view details it changes to today and that todays flights are both on time…..
