I think that this is not an IAG thing.
It is more about the IT department of Iberia Airlines.

etc. were not broken................... they are now.
On claiming Avios, yes, problem with VY but also the Origin and Destination fields are not working properly............ no lookup/selection/validation and if you manually type anything, it is not saved when you click Next.
Buying Avios????? Not available at this time.
I work for an IT department. If I deployed stuff like this without it being thoroughly tested, I would be fired.
I am staggered that an international company such as this does not operate with proper QA.
A shame as I like Iberia and normally enjoy the Iberia Plus programme.
