Consent form link doesn't work
I'm checking the travel requirements for an upcoming flight, and it says "Passengers are also required to complete, sign and submit a consent form at the check-in counters along with their negative COVID-19 test result. Click here to download the consent form."

But the link to the consent form doesn't work (https://www.qatarairways.com/content/dam/documents/QR-consent-form-PCR.pdf). Is everyone having the same issue? I'm just planning to bring this printed and filled to speed up the check in.
