I don't think I made my point correctly. By post-pandemic I meant post-onset of pandemic. Obviously prior to the pandemic there was no issues with lounge closures other than the occasional lounge closed on weekends (or most lounges that close after like 10PM).

Yeah I'm just waiting for someone else to be at the front desk because I don't feel like dealing with this person. I argued with her at 8:30 this morning and it's now 5:30 PM but she's still at the front desk. I would assume she's off work at some point?

It's also worth noting that the only restaurant at this hotel is breakfast only so I can't use the $10 F&B credit for dinner tonight so they have officially failed to meet the terms of the welcome amenity and I think I will push the issue on this.

I don't like complaining because I see all these random online things about people having their accounts closed for excessive complaints, but I think this one is reasonably justifiable. I think I've only complained to corporate like 2-3 times ever and I'm currently sitting at 659 lifetime nights so I don't think that's excessive.
