So, if I understand this correctly:

As a Platinum staying at a non-resort Renaissance where the lounge is closed (presumably due to covid), I'm eligible to choose one of:
- 750 points
- breakfast for member + 1 in hotel restaurant

This is in addition to the 1,000 points per stay or $10 USD Food & Beverage ("F&B") credit per stay.

Or in other words, I'm claiming "breakfast" by way of lounge access benefit, and not "breakfast" by way of welcome gift?
