I've tried 3 times today, using 3 different browsers, Chrome, Safari & Edge, after the long wait to get connected, when I have (on all the browsers), the chat box go's all funny & you can't reply? (Just curious to see if anyone has experienced similar?)
I've seen this a few times and have been able to resolve it simply by pressing F5 (browser reload). This was on a laptop (Edge browser) rather than phone, though.
