As long as you enter your HH number in the FHR Booking, you receive both HH benefit + the FHR benefit. I've done this many times before.

I’ve never booked a Hilton with FHR but I’m told you do get hilton benefits with that rate. Wonder if the means in addition to the breakfast I’ll also get the food and beverage credit.
