Did you happen to have any encounters with Marlen? She was the "front desk supervisor" and she also was struggling with understanding what the inconveniences were. I had to be put on hold several times over the phone when I called from the room, so I gave up and visited the check in desk to explain what was going on.
Canape Hours at the Grand Club here start at 5:30 PM and the offerings were not good at all. Before 5:30 PM, all they would have is paprika chips, potato chips, packaged cookies, coffee machine, and few selections of sodas. Each time I visited the Club before 5:30, it was a ghost town.

Breakfast at the restaurant is good, the lounge has snacks all day and great place to relax.
This hotel is definitely suffering through the pandemic. They were at 20% occupancy last week.
