I feel like they go to Travel bank with a 1 year expiration from when you booked the ticket. Which is not as convenient as Southwest which refunds back to the credit card.

Just confirming I am reading the newest rules right that while points go back and no cancellation fee I am typing up taxes and fees with JetBlue. I have over 100k JetBlue points so thinking of make some speculative reservations but want to know what happens to the cash (some international destinations have a lot of taxes to book)
