Thanks. Sadly, no result from that phone call.

Yesterday I called again and asked for a manager to call me (Elite Desk Supervisor told me their manager doesn't take calls, but could call me at their earliest convenience). Haven't heard back. Would be surprised if I do.

I also DMed their Facebook Team on Friday, they replied yesterday saying the request would be forwarded to supervisors.
