Got my eupgrades credits for 2022 deposited in my account this morning so I went ahead and requested eupgrades for my upcoming flight to CDG in May. I booked a Lattitude Reward fare flight.

When I started, it told me the outbound flight was waitlisted and the return was available for upgrade. But then I got an error telling me one of the flights was not possible during the flow. So I cancelled the transaction and did the "Available" flight first and it cleared immediately (I selected my seats). When I went back to eupgrade the outbound flight, it now says "Not available" instead of "waitlisted". I just realized that while I have 17 credits available, 8 of them are those from 2021 and they expire in 2 weeks. Will this "Not available" status for the flight switch to "Waitlisted" (or Available If I'm lucky) once I have enough credits valid for use on that flight (I guess once I select my 2022 benefits or when my 8 credits rollover)?
