Yea Hilton is either going to force the hotels to actually implement the credits since I am 50/50 on getting them automatically. OR do Like SPG use to do in their customer complaints area they had a drop-down for not receiving your check-in bonus points and automatically added it as soon as you hit submit. I am sure the hotels would get better if HH could automatically refund you 15 bucks a night.
