My European Concierge team was happy for me to keep emailing them during 2021 and supposedly 2022, as if I had Concierge service.
Besides the obvious advantage to the (Globalist) customer, if I were to call the European contact numbers I would end up talking to the exact same CS people in Mainz. So dealing via email also helps them manage workload...
YMMV and it would be different in the US.
