Globalist-lite for 2022, anyone keep their concierge?
So, diamond/globalist here for maybe 15 consecutive years. Achieved globalist lite during 2021 due to limited business travel.
My concierge, who is awesome, is suggesting that I’m outdoors in 2022, until such time that I regain 60 nights, which I fully expect to do in 2022. But the interim my experience will be diminished and dealing with basic frontline staff will definitely sap my enthusiasm and loyalty.
Wondering about others experiences in similar circumstances, and the response from your concierge. Is there an appeals process? Seems short sighted to kick established long term globalists from a service that, ultimately, facilitates more and more frequent Hyatt bookings.
