How does the damage claims process work?
Long story short, I damaged my rental 2 months ago (USA) and haven't heard from Avis since. I filed all the paperwork and info is in the system, but what is the process from here? CSRs have no clue and just tell me to wait for a call from them, but I need to get this resolved ASAP since diners only gives 3 months to file claim. Where do the charges for the repair go?
