You still earn PQPs but earnings since 2020 can not be banked -- they are immediately applied. But yu still may have some older banked PQPs

If you have banked (pre-2020) FlexPQPs, you have until 31 March of next year to apply them to your 2021 PQP totals. Additionally olderFlexPQPs have an expiration date
Also to add to the confusion, FPQPs earned pre-2012 have NO expiration date.
