This is one of the most critical reviews of the Club Suite out there but there are many more. The vlogger knows his stuff as well as generally being anti BA.
My take was that he thought the suite itself was very good, but the soft product lacking. It was early days in the roll out and maybe with an unfamiliar crew. The food did look pretty dire though, but his only complaint re the seat was lack of storage on the small armrest.
