I had a similar problem with the London Churchill property for this weekend. I called GP everyday and frequently got the same CS agent. He suggested emailing the hotel and request that they make an FFN award stay available. I did that and within a week, a FFN award night was made available. Coincidence? Maybe. But effective. What's the worst that can happen, they say no, just as they are now.
