If you need to get spend up - then charge taxes, insurance, etc. Fed and State payments charge a 2% fee.
This almost gets us into the manufactured spending realm, but yeah, paying federal taxes has one of the lowest fee structures out there at 1.96% to 1.99%. I never pay state taxes, and my local county imposes a 2.3% fee on property tax / vehicle tax payments.
All of my utilities are free of fees (except for my water). Insurance is fee free. My car used to be through a service that charged 1% but now its upwards of about 4.25%. No thanks.
I could bite the bullet and pay for my son's college tuition.....
