I have both cards so my plan is probably to max out the Citi card first for the 10,000 LPs and then switch to the Barclay card for at least the first 5,000 LPs and then try to stretch it out for the second 5,000 LPs.

If you don't think you can rack up $80,000 in annual spend, I would think I would focus on the Barclay card which awards you a total of 15,000 LPs for $50,000 in spend.
Why start with the harder card? wouldn't it make sense to take the Barclay card up to $50k, then move over to Citi?
