I find the most significant differentiation is the use of the Concorde Room at LHR when flying F. The F seat is bigger but more open to the world while the CS seat is your own personal cocoon. I have regularly had better food and service in C than F. Over the past month I have experienced the best ever F service (to DXB) and an impossibly incompetent F flight (to BDA).
