We are talking about the CS, not the old Club seat right?

The aim here isn't to discredit how big the F space is in it's entirety, It is bigger. I would say for me that they are both spacious, and private enough to enjoy. Yes F has more space (though I comfortably use my ipad through meal service on both), definitely much more length, and unless you're particularly broad the width I don't think you'll find too noticeable. I am 6'3 and 200lbs or so and am comfortable in the CS as a seat and only slightly tight at the feet when flat.

If you're talking about the Club seat, then yes. It is significantly inferior in all but privacy (post-partition raised) when in a window seat - in my opinion.
