Weird to have just one person be responsible for fixing a major system issue that affects probably hundreds of customers. And coming close to year end when every qualifying flight matters. I have travel in a couple of weeks that being the next status up would help with upgrades. I’m getting anxious as we approach those upgrade clearing windows each day that goes by without any progress here.
If the issue is on BA's end, their qualifying years aren't physical years, but rather are based on what month you enrolled. They also don't have an end of month cutoff but rather the 8th of the month. So if you joined in May, the end of your year would be May 8th. So probably less urgency at least from BA's perspective.
