Found a really cheap $120 rate for after Christmas, didn't get any notification email I get upgraded as a diamond, check-in on the app didn't see any available rooms that are bigger than the others, so I decide not to mobile check in and do in person instead, I asked at the front desk and was able to get an upgrade to a suite however.

As noted, this is the building shared with both HGI and canopy, the HGI entrance is on Franklin, Canopy entrance is on Jackson. The HGI entrance face directly to the sears tower across the street, HGI and Canopy has their own separate lobby and restaurant, but both are on the first floor, both lobbies are connected thru the elevators area, with first two elevators are for HGI (floors 4-7), and the last two elevators are for canopy (floors 8-14).

Since I put in 2 people for the room, I got the $30 credit total, which I have small coffee ($3), danish ($4), OJ ($4.5), fruit cup ($4), and prosciutto frittata ($9).

Good part is it is only one small block to Quincy L, bad part is once it is after dark, that area is completely dead, dark, and quiet, and quite a few homeless and pan handlers hang around across the street outside Giordano's and Dunkin donuts, so be careful of your surroundings.
