Pre-departure info for USA in booking?
Hi
I've flown three times to the States in the last 3 months, and each time I input all the relevant passport, US address and Known Traveler Details into the booking at least a month or two weeks before departure.
But every time I come to check in the information isn't there, or only partially. Sometimes my Exec Club details are missing, sometimes it's my US visa details or Known Traveler - last time it was all this.
It's all OK once I'm at the airport and the person behind the desk puts everything in to the computer, it just means I can never check in on line. Not the end of the world, but a first world problem and one I'd like to fix.
Is this likely to be a BA issue or US immigration, and if the former who at BA could I email who'd actually look into this for me?
