haven't still yet as UA MP tries to unravel some of their FttF/BoB 3rd promo issues.
This thread isn't (just) the numbers. This is how some of us got to the numbers to make it to or requalified to Silver/Gold/Platinum/1K.
This is my story. Hope that others add theirs.

How did I get to there (my case: requal for 1K):
Just mid-July, I was sitting at 9,063 PQPs and 9 PQFs. Of the 9,063 PQPs, 7,500 were from the early January 2021 bonus (3,750) and the rest from the Welcome Back Bonii (2,250+750+750 for taking 3 trips). At that point, I didn't see a path to the lowered 1K requal thresholds at 13,500 PQPs+36 PQFs.
When the Fly to the Finish (FttF) / Breakout Bonus (BoB) 3rd promo was finally announced (Friday, August 6th?), I had
no additional flights three itineraries* booked for the remainder of 2021. That weekend, I opened my 2021 tracking spreadsheet and did some calculations.
*: Looking back, for some reason, I'd already booked three (3) 4-segment MRs (all for LAX-SFO-LAS-SFO-LAX) back on 07/23/21 and two on 08/06/21. At this point in time, I forgot I'd done the 3 buys but I guess I was already thinking about the remainder of 2021.
Since I didn't see any work-related trips, making FttF's 10 PQFs wasn't the problem - it was the 3,000 PQPs - 400 PQPs (from being corporately affiliated) = 2,600 PQPs. I wasn't grokking much personal travel that would get me anywhere close to 2,600 PQPs or probably over $3,000 actual spend so, at that point, decided to do two things:
1. Commit to hitting the 36 PQF total
2. Hope that UA would grant BoB consolation 2,250 (1,500 + 375 + 375) PQPs if I didn't complete FttF
This meant a few more segment MRs (36 - 9 = 27 segments or so) but would at least put me in the park if the 2,250 PQPs showed up after 11/30/21 so that I'd need to spend the equivalent of 13,500 - 9,063 - 400 - 2,250 = 1,787 PQPs or about $2.25K spend.
So, that was my reasoning back on 08/08/21.
Fast forward to 12/15/21 - after 25 MR segments + 3 work segments + 6 FT segments (Fall 2021 LEX DO + 2021 NY Deli DO) and $1,050 MR + $635 work + $1055 FT equivalent spends** + $80 PQP buy = 34 segments and $2,819 spend resulted in:
- 43 PQFs, 13,652 PQPs and 43,258 BIS for 2021 which also pushed me over 1.1MM for lifetime BIS
This then resulted in 40+280 PPs and requal to 1K for 2022 as of 12/17/21.
**: there's about $1,200 of ETCs and FFCs as well as ~$300 of rebooks in the equivalent spends, so 2021 net spend was $1,347
