Executive office complaint contact when normal routes exhausted?
Do fellow FT'ers know how to reach Aeroplan's executive office? I need to get some attention because I made a large purchase through Aeroplan eStore and the points are not posting. I've made numerous calls and emails to Aeroplan RewardsOps for months with no avail. The only explanation given to me is "The points amount is too big!" I also wrote complaints forms on Air Canada website and Aeroplan site but no response. In my 12 years of being on forums I've never felt the need to reach out to the executive's office of a loyalty program/airline until today. Please help! Hope this helps others too when ppl run out of avenues for complaints.
