I understand why people are upset with their stays here but if the price is right (<$125/night) and the FHR benefits do not change, this isn't a bad place to stay as they're providing a lot of credits.
Low rates and stackable F&B credits make for a good value, no doubt. The disappointment stems from the Conrad branding. Seems like the hotel should have been marketed as premium tower of the adjacent Hilton. Not nearly enough differentiation in hard product or service.
