Weird to have just one person be responsible for fixing a major system issue that affects probably hundreds of customers. And coming close to year end when every qualifying flight matters. I have travel in a couple of weeks that being the next status up would help with upgrades. I’m getting anxious as we approach those upgrade clearing windows each day that goes by without any progress here.
I wouldn't be surprised if the number of people able or authorized to make such a fix is quite small, and I'd guess they have a skeleton crew on for the holidays. But I'm [perhaps optimistically] hoping that once the technical problem is corrected, the processing of the backlog can occur fairly quickly.
